Your own personal guide

With your own guide who has many years of experience in our area and even more experience in sport fishing, your chances of a good fishing experience increase manifold. We at Ammarnäs Guidecenter are proud that Mikael has chosen to cooperate with us.

Micke Lindström is a northerner who started his fly fishing life at the age of 7. He has had sport fishing as his lifestyle for most of his life and has traveled both in Sweden and abroad for fishing.

Mikael has held countless courses and fly tying workshops, accumulating experience and deep knowledge over the years.

Mikael has had the privilege of sharing his experiences in fishing magazines both in Sweden and abroad for many years. He first visited Ammarnäs and Kraddsele over 20 years ago and has accumulated a wealth of experience in the area.

When Micke is not with us or on tour, he works as an agent for FlyfishEurope in Norrland.

If you're considering a new fishing line or rod, you should take the opportunity to talk to Mikael, who knows everything worth knowing about lines and rods.

Mikael guides across all our areas. From trout and char in the mountains, grayling in the rivers, to being a master at finding Ammarnäs trout in the Vindel River.

If you choose Mikael as your guide for the mountain trip, you're guaranteed great food and company in addition to all his fishing expertise and choice of flies.

If you're in the village and want to fish for grayling or big trout, Mikael will gladly accompany you on the trip. Mikael takes care of choosing the fishing spot based on the day's conditions and the flies that work. If Mikael guides you for a full day, you'll eat at the Guide Center or out in nature where the food is cooked over a Muurikka.
